Giancarlo Barbieri, agronomist since 1992, has worked consistently in some of the most prestigious wineries, especially in Irpinia.

While continuing to provide consulting services to some local wineries, he decided to found his own winery, with love and passion for the world of viticulture and winemaking, relying on his experience.

His efforts and work are promptly supported by appreciation and awards from a large audience and wine trade, pushing him to focus on Sertura, living and breathing his land, dipping hands and feet in his vineyard, to transfer in the wines all the strength and the passion, that inspired him.
