Sertura Greco di Tufo comes from the vineyards in Prata Principato Ultra, area Vallimai, Avellino, laying down on the slopes of hills, traditionally cultivated.

In these places, traditional winemaking is well rooted in local culture.

Sertura vineyards of Greco, grown in a clayey soil, rich of minerals, are placed at about 400 m asl trained with Guyot system and  a density of 4,000 plants per ha.

Harvest is generally by beginning of October and the wine is very mineral, somehow salty, balanced and intense.
